Kimberly has over 25 years of professional business experience in the high-tech, financial and education industries. Specific to the recruiting industry, Kimberly spent over 8 years working for an international public consulting firm managing national accounts across the USA. The firm was a full-service provider of IT and telecommunications technical services including deliverables-based turnkey solutions, staff augmentation, managed services, recruitment workflow consulting and automation.  Kimberly was the Director of National accounts and responsible for building and managing some of the top Fortune 500 organizations (AT&T, Bank of America and NOKIA to name a few). In 2006, AT&T awarded Kimberly and her team the top supplier (out of 40+ suppliers) for their dedication of delivery and customer service.  The coveted award was also published in the Wall Street Journal.

In 2009, Kimberly resigned to pursue her dream of building her own company, a boutique consulting firm focused on professional services and recruiting.  She saw the opportunity to cater to a specific niche area to provide high-value technology skill sets, with exceptional customer service and satisfaction, that ensures clients receive a much more focused approach while providing a cost-effective model to either complement their current workforce or fill a void on a particular project. She maintains relationships with clients from various sectors to assist them in building and strengthening their technical and executive brands and solutions. Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts with a Concentration in Psychology, a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Master’s in Business Administration. She is fluent in English, Spanish and French.

Dennis is a seasoned 30 year professional with a background in Information Systems, Finance/Accounting and Program Management. He launched his career in the public sector leading large financial ERP implementations and transitioned to a successful career in consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM. He subsequently joined a private, independent oil and gas firm and quickly assumed a controllership position which then led to a Finance and IT Manager role on a 6 year expat assignment in South America. Dennis joined Genius Road in 2018 as a part-time advisor and operations officer to assist with multiple aspects of the business including growth initiatives. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a specialization in Information Systems and Management. Dennis is a Canadian, U.S. and Italian citizen. He is fluent in English, proficient in Spanish and dangerous in Italian and French.

Sherry is a 30+ year professional with diversified industry experience including Information Technology, Retail, Healthcare, L/H Industrial, Engineering, and Government. Her extensive recruiting and operational background makes her highly qualified to administer and oversee large MSP clients both locally and remotely. She has strong leadership capabilities for the achievement of operational service objectives in functional areas including: employee maintenance & support, AR & PO management, back office system maintenance, and employee time and expense processing. Sherry climbed the ranks from National Recruiter to Director of Operations in her 21 year career with a multi-billion dollar corporation prior to joining Genius Road. Sherry has managed a team of over 25 recruiters including offshore resources and over 700 contracted resources. Her diversification of skills include: strong decision making, time management, conflict resolution, communication, ability to work under pressure, and adaptability. This southern belle is 3 gallons of charm in a 2 gallon bucket!

Cheryl is an accomplished leader with over 25 years of technical consulting and recruiting services experience.  She has served as the National Accounts Manager for a global manufacturer, Branch Manager for an ITSM consulting services provider, and Managing Director of a full service recruiting services agency.  She is a trusted advisor to both commercial and public sector customers looking to recruit and leverage top technical talent to realize their goals. Cheryl is an advocate for women and diversity in technology and currently sits on the Advisory Board of Austin Women in Technology, an organization she previously led as President. Cheryl, alongside her son, volunteers with the Young Men’s Service League, an organization where mothers and sons serve together, and with her daughter in the North Austin Chapter of National Charity League. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Rhodes College.  She is happiest hosting some of the best parties this side of the Mississippi.
