I used Kimberly to find contract and permanent staff while I was at YPO. I was very pleased with Kim and her staff’s ability to find quality IT professionals. For one potential hire, I was unable to meet with the candidate face-to-face. However, I was impressed with his phone interview, expertise and, based on Kim’s advice, I decided to hire him sight unseen. This was one of the best hiring decisions I ever made. He quickly grew in his position and I mentored him into my Director position when I left the organization to move out of state. To this day, he still remains as a Director at that organization. He is well respected by his peers and management staff. I owe this to Kim and her team for always finding the right people to fulfill our staffing needs.
